Our Story

Founded in October 2014, my business began with a passion for cleaning, organisation, and helping people enjoy a cleaner, more comfortable space. What started as a small local operation had grown into a trusted service with more than 25 employees having worked for the business throughout the past decade.

I’m Tiffany — founder and owner. I started this business at 20 years old with a genuine love for cleaning and creating organised spaces that make life easier for others.

After temporarily closing operations to spend over a year backpacking around the world, I’ve returned and am now reestablished in the Newstead region of Brisbane, Queensland. I remain committed to delivering the same high standards, attention to detail, and friendly service our clients know and trust.

I believe a clean home or workplace creates peace of mind — and I’m proud to continue helping make that happen every day.

  • Unfortunately, we do not provide steam cleaning services, including upholstery cleaning.

  • We calculate fees based on scope, complexity, and projected resources, then present a transparent proposal.

  • We can provide services if you have a self-managed fund and are willing to cover the difference in hourly rates. Please contact us to discuss this further.

  • We are fully insured for your peace of mind.

  • Travel is free for services based in a 5km radius of Newstead.

    For locations outside this area, a travel fee may apply based on distance and travel time using our calculator that puts into account time and mileage.

  • We don’t usually provide ongoing Airbnb cleaning services due to the unpredictable scheduling involved, as we prefer to keep our recurring clients on fixed time slots.
